Change Your Mind Policy

     

We believe that in order for us to provide the best possible online shopping experience, you should be allowed to try on your purchase first and in the event that the item doesn't fit well or you have simply changed your mind on the color, you can return your item(s) to us for an exchange (subjected to our stock availability). In the event if we do not have stock of your choice, credits will be given to be utilized for your next purchase, valid for 6 months from date of credit given.   • - Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of package.
     
  • - All items returned must reach us in the original sale condition, un-used with tags still on, in the original packaging.
     
  • - The Change Your Mind Policy only applies to Clothing items. It doesn't apply to all other items for e.g. jewellery, belts, furnishings, etc.
     
  • - Non-refundable nor exchangable items: Items made of knitted material, Last piece category items, Sales and promotional items.

 

  • - Do ensure the items are properly packed before posting. You can re-use the mailer bag in which you received the parcel or any other box or wrapper that ensures the returned items are properly secured during the shipping process.
     
  • - Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way here.
     
  • - Indicate your order number and name in the return package so that we can trace your return.
     
  • - In order to ensure that your package reaches us, you may want to send it via registered mail. Return postage is to be borne by you.
     
  • - MSC (MissyStella & Co) will not entertain the return of any items purchased from third parties.


All goods will be inspected on return. Missy Stella reserves the right to decline returns for items which do not meet all the above conditions. Missy Stella reserves the right to terminate our Change Your Mind Policy at any time. All credits are NOT exchangable for cash.

How to process a return:

  • Log into your account.
     
  • Search for that particular order under My Orders.
     
  • Click on the pencil icon under Details.
     
  • Scroll down to the products listing. If the items is still eligible for refund, there will be a pencil icon at the Refund column. Click on the pencil icon.
     
  • Key in the quantity of the item that you want to return and click on Submit.
